HempTestng.om ISO-17025 accredited Water Activity test measures the shelf stability of your product. Too high of a value can lead to spoilage. However, a value below 0.65aW disallows growth and cellular activity of harmful microbes including yeast, mold, fungi, bacteria and enzymes. This helps prevent spoilage while maintaining a proper shelf life for hemp. Ensure your product ages well with water activity testing.
